1.Portfolio Strategy and management
a)Define VET portfolio strategy.
b)Regular portfolio tracking and Market/Competition review to identify opportunity
c)Manage Portfolio pricing, range efficiency for sustainable and profitable growth
d)Define and continuously optimize Fit 4 Channel portfolio differentiation and distribution matrix
2.Product Innovation and renovation
a)Work with global and national MKT team to develop China VET middle/short term innovation pipeline
b)NPD and renovation project initiation, development and launch
c)Key contact window of global/regional product team
3.Professional Content development and nutrition knowledge transfer
a)Product concept and RTB transcreation into local context
b)Work with Science Communication team to develop holistic product story and category education
c)Content development to support different channel customers.
d)Localize scientific atlas and professional communication materials to support customer education and improve prescription rate.
4. E2E CMI application: a.) Use market size, trends, and unmet customer needs data to validate investment directions and decide which markets to enter or exit. b.) Determine the order of funding and resource allocation across products/projects. c.) Ensure the product roadmap meets market needs. d.) Look beyond sales and profit – include customer satisfaction, repeat purchase rate, etc.
5. Vet ecosystem cooperation. a.) Hospital Management System Partnerships: Deep Integration of Nutrition recommendation and Diagnostics and data intelligence b.) Animal Pharmaceutical Company Partnerships: Building a "Diagnosis & Treatment + Nutrition" Closed Loop c.) Animal Diagnostic Equipment Company Partnerships: Bridging Data and Recommendation Logic
