Healthy Pets. Thriving People. Sustainable Planet.
Empowering Associates to thrive and do good for pets, the planet and each other. It’s a concept we call Mutuality and it’s our belief that we will succeed by working together on shared objectives and meaningful challenges. It also means we must measure more than financial metrics. Quality of life for pets, life expectancy, trust in pet professionals and job satisfaction are a few of the ways we hold ourselves accountable.
We Invest In You - So You Can Build a Better World
We’re consistently named one of the World’s Best Workplaces because we believe in our Associates, support them with excellent benefits and encourage them to take ownership of their career development. We give Associates a variety of support to foster health and wellbeing because a Better World for Pets starts with healthy and energized Associates.
PROTECTING THE PLANET TOGETHER
Our Associates are helping us identify ways to achieve carbon neutrality by 2025. We will reduce carbon emissions by transitioning to renewable energy across all our factories and offices, and through the reformulation of products, including switching to sustainably sourced proteins and low-carbon intensity ingredients. We are significantly boosting recyclability, composability, and the use of reusable packaging in alignment with Mars' ambitious packaging sustainability goals.
I&D and LEADERSHIP
We believe energizing work can fuel the best in people. That’s why we strive to create inclusive environments that give every Associate the ability to pursue their passion and succeed to their full potential.

A diverse and inclusive workplace is incredibly important to me. I lead innovation on behalf of Royal Canin, and data shows that the only way that people can be creative and innovative is if they feel safe and included in their work environment. So that's something that I strive for with my R&D team, so that we can drive innovation to make a Better World for Pets.
