What You’ll Do:
- Manage and schedule CRM campaigns and initiatives
- Analyze data and report on campaign effectiveness
- Execute direct marketing campaigns (email, app push, etc.)
- Collaborate across teams to drive results
- Support CRM tool users and maintain documentation
- Operate CRM systems and databases
- Establish process and procedure for a function that is in re-build mode
What We’re Looking For:
- Around 3 years’ experience in marketing, CRM, or related fields
- Fluent in Japanese and business proficiency in English
- Experience with CRM/MA/CDP tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Treasure Data)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience working in a large complex business
- Experience navigating and improving environments with minimal process or structure, implementing solutions that enhance organization and efficiency.
