What are we looking for?
- Minimum expectation: High school graduation and 2 years of experience on the same position
- Fluent in Slovak, active usage of English
- Self-motivation, ability to learn fast, loyalty
- Flexibility as well as the ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues and customers and manage time and workload independently
- Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements
- Computer use and basic statistical analytical knowledge
- Driving license B
What will be your key responsibilities?
- PSR Sales Representative is responsible for the development of the sales of the Royal Canin PSR product portfolio in his defined geographical area of responsibility
- Be in charge of the creation and follow up of the customers database for the customers located in his geographical area of responsibility
- Take care about both independent and key account clients if located (key accounts) and actively search for new possible customers (acquirement) in his area of responsibility
- She / He will supply merchandising and/or marketing support tools to create Perfect Store execution, deploy and control their proper usage in line with Royal Canin brand philosophy and merchandising rules in cooperation with POS Marketing Specialist
- Be responsible for the achievement of sales targets defined by and together with the PSR Field Sales Manager and Pillar Head
- The regular visits to the clients will also consist in controlling the products on sale improving the products’ visibility, solving possible complains, training of the outlets’ sales force
- By definition regular administration and tracking of her / his activities via delivered tools (CRM system, reports)
- To create a fruitful relationship between Royal Canin brand and customer (pet-shop owner, sales personal/ breeder / professional) in order to bring to the end customer the best-in-class products in the market in a proper way, with all needed consultations and recommendations. This relationship and partnership is then rewarded by profits of all three participants – Royal Canin brand, the pet shop / breeder and the end customer (pet).
