The role works with Royal Canin Korea People & Organization (HR) team based in Seoul and P&O Manager will play a crucial role to work together and report to P&O Head to manage centralized P&O operation and execute P&O strategies and initiatives for RC Korea.
This is a 1-year contractor position.
What are we looking for?
- 7-10 years of HR experience as HR generalist, HR subject matter expert (e.g. recruitment, reward, talent, etc) or business partner
- Proficiency in English communication (both verbal or written)
- Open to other industry and preferred consumer, pharmaceutical or retail
- Workday experience
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead as subject matter expertise and support for P&O through E2E P&O cycle incl. TA/Rewards/L&D/AR and communication to associates and training
- Lead E2E Talent Acquisition Process from job requisition, talent profiling, source & recruitment and participation on selective interviews as panel and on-boarding
- Design and coordinate RC company-wide on-boarding and exit process with line managers
- Regular reporting and analysis including KPIs
- Functional champion for P&O area related to QMP in charge of P&O policy, procedure and process improvement, audit participation
