This role is responsible for leading both short and long-term strategies for Key Customers in the Bajío region, ensuring sales operations are effective and objectives are exceeded through third-party distribution centers. The position involves creating and implementing plans that align with Royal Canin’s strategic direction, managing budgets and investments to optimize results. Building strong relationships with Key Customers and Key Opinion Leaders is essential, with a focus on adapting offerings and securing annual agreements to ensure ongoing growth and engagement. Full ownership of the P&L and trade budgets is required, along with the development of incentive programs to drive revenue and profitability. Additionally, the role leads annual planning and field activities in partnership with Marketing Managers, leveraging business insights to deliver innovative proposals that support local growth and profitability.

What are we looking for?

  • 4+ years of expereince

  • Proven track record delivering results in sales roles.

  • Ability to lead change and drive process improvements.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead short and long-term strategy for Key Customers in the Bajío region, ensuring effective sales operations through third-party distribution centers.

  • Propose, execute, and measure plans aligned with Royal Canin’s strategy, including planning, budgeting, and investment management to maximize commercial results.

  • Strengthen relationships with Key Customers and Key Opinion Leaders by adapting portfolio and services, securing annual agreements, and driving continuous growth.

  • Take full accountability for Key Customers’ P&L, managing trade budgets and developing incentive programs to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.

  • Drive annual planning and field activities in collaboration with Marketing Managers, collecting business insights and delivering innovative proposals to fuel local growth and profitability.
