Job Overview

Position involves handling DC & IDT business based out of Mumbai. Geography will be Mumbai, Gujarat & MPCG. It will be team handling role with a time size of 6 ASE reporting into the ASM. Job involves handling key SPT outlets, Vets and managing channel sales.

Job Specifications / Qualifications

Education & Professional Qualification

  • ASM experience with reputed organization, minimum 3-4 years of ASM experience.

  • Masters with 8-12 yrs of experience 

Knowledge / Experience

  • Direct Distribution: Experience selling to and building direct distribution network, , preferably from Pet nutrition, pet care and other relevant industries desired

  • Indirect Distribution: : Experience managing and growing indirect channels within Pet care, CPG, FMCG and other similar industries

  • Proven track record of growth and revenue target achievement

  • Developing and managing sales associates

Job Responsibilities

  • Driving GT targets for West zone.

  • Handling team of ASEs

  • Imparting knowledge sessions to relevant stake holders.

  • Planning and evaluating performance on a weekly and monthly basis.

  • Projection of stocks.

  • Coordinating with interdepartmental teams

  • Monitoring competition activities and devising plans to counter competition.

  • Handling Key outlets, Vets and Distributor channel.

  • Responsible for execution of merchandise and strategies
