Job Purpose/Overview

This role covers E2E planning, integrating demand planning and import supply management. It includes the development of 26-period rolling demand forecasts, and the generation of short-term and long-term import purchasing plans for overseas factories. It also involves inventory management, import logistics and cross-functional alignment to ensure supply stability, forecast accuracy, and the achievement of sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

i) Demand Planning (60%)

  • Owner to drive accuracy by DC by SKU FCST through incoming 26 Periods
  • Periodic run FCST process with Pillars’ Sales & Marketing team to generate rolling 26 Periods FCST at by DC SKU level
  • Operating / Manage FCST system with mathematic calculation for DRP/MRP
  • Publish regular KPI report and continuously improve planning related KPI results
  • Make sure the revisit periodic FCST with supply constraint are well communicated and managed

KPI : SFA, Bias
ii) Importation Supply Planning – 25%

  • Facilitate to setup new supply route & develop short/long-term import purchasing plans for overseas factories (Austria, France, US, etc.) based on approved demand forecasts
  • Issue weekly purchase orders, track PO confirmation, adjustment and fulfillment status with factories
  • Monitor on-hand & in-transit stock weekly, identify SLOB/OOS risks and implement corrective actions
  • Regularly attend RMOS meeting & service connection meeting with overseas factories and Regional Supply Chain to resolve supply issues and stabilize service level

KPI : OSDC, OTIF

iii) Import Inbound Management (10%)

  • Coordinate weekly container loading plans with overseas factories and arrange shipment, vessel booking with freight forwarders
  • Support customs clearance document preparation and validation between factories and customs agents

IV) Others (5%)

  • Support NPD, product revamping and new supply route setup with cross-functional teams
  • Participate as a SC representative in selected cross-functional objectives / projects for improvement & collaborations

Job Specifications/Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, preferable in Demand Planning and(or) Import Supply/Inventory Control;
  • Excellent conflict management & communication skills;
  • Proactive, result-oriented, able to work under pressure and manage ambiguity;
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, and presentation skills;
  • Good at Digital Tooling and excellent Microsoft Office with strong skills and understanding of ERP system;
  • Good written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English;
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade or related field
