Our Royal Canin Vision is to grow the Science Health Nutrition category in partnership with retailers. To continue to generate category growth in an OMNI-channel reality, the Global Perfect Digital Store Manager will develop, lead and support the development and continuous of Perfect Digital Store program to E-Commerce subchannels (pureplayers, click & mortars, marketplaces, new channels…) in order drive brilliant foundations of our brand and category online. The ambition is to become the partner of choice of preferred retailers and drive Royal Canin product recommendation at the service of a growing business. Perfect Digital Store is a critical enabler to drive category growth and brand credibility with our business partners and pet owners.
What are we looking for?
5+ years in E-Commerce/Sales/Marketing with local and customer facing experiences
Proven successful track record on eCommerce and/or e-business development
Comfortable with project management in complex cross-functional environment
Digital Merchandising expert
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of executives, managers and potentially stakeholders.
Experience in international environment
What would be your key responsibilities?
Act as a Subject Matter Expert owning and delivering the roadmap to enhance and develop PDS program, ensuring it stays a leading edge program driving category growth and perfect execution with customers across multiple subchannels (from pureplay specialist to marketplaces)
Support the deployment of Perfect Digital Program (with regional support) across priority markets
Own and continually improve the Digital Merchandising Key Beliefs (MKBs) and Test &Learn agenda in partnership with the Global CMI team to generate and codify insights fueling the credibility of PDS program.
Collaborate with Content & Visual merchandising teams to lead an efficient content creation process & roadmap in support of our Digital Merchandising Strategy (all product content related MKBs)
Facilitate connections between regions and/or markets to share knowledge, challenges and opportunities as part of the broader E-Commerce community. Identify local champions/lighthouses to enable peer-to-peer support.
Work with Data Technology and external providers to build Perfect Digital Store audits supported by automation tools, helping local markets to take next best actions. Explore additional tools and services that could fuel the impact of PDS in markets.
Act as a consultant with local teams, owning the “Quality Assessment tool” to support local markets in making the most of PDS program by highlighting the key gaps to overcome
