The Europe Innovation & Portfolio Compliance Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager serves as a key partner in driving Innovation & Compliance projects across the region, ensuring that Royal Canin's product offerings are both competitive and compliant with European regulations. This role also involves leading and coordinating Regional Regulatory Advocacy efforts.

What are we looking for?

• 8+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs with feed/food products and/or related product categories with proficiency in claims and labelling management.

• In-depth knowledge across multiple areas of the EU Feed law.

• Experience in working on large-scale regulatory projects, along with a demonstrated track record of successfully collaborating across functions to achieve shared goals.

• Experience of representing companies in the trade associations.

• Fluent in English and Dutch languages. French language will be an asset.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Represents Europe Regulatory Affairs in the interdisciplinary Innovation & Compliance project teams to provide necessary Regulatory support and guidance.

• Leads the execution of the Regional Regulatory Change & Risk Management program.

• Drives development and coordinates execution of the European Regional Regulatory Advocacy strategy, in alignment with the Regional and Global Regulatory Affairs team members.

• Develops and maintains strong regulatory internal and external network, represents Royal Canin in the Trade Associations.

• Acts as a resource for colleagues and provides technical knowledge and guidance on the relevant EU Feed Law Regulations.
