The Reliability Engineer is responsible for being the liaison between Maintenance and Operations according to factory processes & TPM standards. This is the key role within Technical Team focusing on development & improvement of Associates capabilities, Equipment Reliability, & digital agenda, according to Progressive Maintenance & Asset Health Check Strategy. This position leads and develops the Reliability positions of his team.

What would be your key responsibilities?

Functional Leadership:

  • Lead corrective maintenance activities, actions and improvement to resolve high priority factory issues through the maintenance technician’s community accordingly to MSE.

  • Coordinate activities of assigned to ensure reviews on efficiency and standards.  

  • Lead Reliability Projects and improvements to drive priority initiatives based on factory needs.

  • Developing & implementing new standards accordingly to MSE Progressive Maintenance Strategy.

  • Developing & being Accountable for Asset Health Check Agenda focusing on Equipment Reliability improvement and cost saving initiatives.

  • Support the frontline troubleshooting.

  • Lead the team to analysis the BD root cause and elimination

  • Complete the production ,quality and safety optimization projects

Strategical Maintenance:

  • Reliability Engineer will lead TPM (MSE) PM standards to shape the maintenance strategy within the Royal Canin Global one.

  • Strong collaborating with Maintenance Team to lead and partner in maintenance technical strategy, asset performance improvement and asset investment based on Quality ,Safety,Factory and AHC.

  • Coordinate use of outside contractors and services to saving the Cost.

  • Manage work to ensure budget and reliability obligations are meet whit target.

  • Ensure all work is done according to established safety and food safety standards, train technicians in fundamentals of maintenance and reliability best practices.

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance/reliability engineering gained ideally in FMCG manufacturing environment.

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing site-wide reliability strategies.

  • Demonstrated roll out of TPM tools, predictive technologies(Vibration Analysis, Infrared, Oil Analysis, Motor Circuit Analysis, etc.), knowledge of Food-grade design and Maintenance Best Practices & Standards.

  • Excellent communication, and project management skills.

  • Very good communication in both ------ and English.
