What are we looking for?
- Bachelor and above degree
- Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing of FMCG or Dcom Retail platforms (channel/customer marketing, digital marketing, content marketing), 8Y plus.
- Broad approach to drive conversion through multiple marketing domain (social/content marketing, promotion design, customer tailored plan, etc.).
- Hands-on experience implementing channel strategy, drive for business result.
- Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills in English
- Thrives in a fast changing/learning organization with fast-paced environment, the capability of conflict management is must
- Team development and engagement
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Online channel strategy and annual business plan
- Online Target setting, TE and A&CP investment plan, execution tracking and PR/PO/Contract/TPM notification process
- Brand activation contact window, co-work with Nmkt and SPT sales team lock down full year activation calendar and perfect execution
- Online by channel, Yee collection and Period sales landing management, by SKU FCST and quota management
- Online instore assets(PDS/POSM) management
- Online customer service, Offline to B/ to C nutrition training and education
