What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor and above degree
  • Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing of FMCG or Dcom Retail platforms (channel/customer marketing, digital marketing, content marketing), 8Y plus.
  • Broad approach to drive conversion through multiple marketing domain (social/content marketing, promotion design, customer tailored plan, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience implementing channel strategy, drive for business result.
  • Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Thrives in a fast changing/learning organization with fast-paced environment, the capability of conflict management is must
  • Team development and engagement

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Online channel strategy and annual business plan
  • Online Target setting, TE and A&CP investment plan, execution tracking and PR/PO/Contract/TPM notification process 
  • Brand activation contact window, co-work with Nmkt and SPT sales team lock down full year activation calendar and perfect execution
  • Online by channel, Yee collection and Period sales landing management, by SKU FCST and quota management
  • Online  instore assets(PDS/POSM) management
  • Online customer service, Offline to B/ to C nutrition training and education
