Work with Shift leaders and Operators on daily tasks to support/improve and train on continuous improvement actions and tools to uplift performance regarding quality, food safety and operation efficiency.

What are we looking for?

• Background Experience & Qualifications：

• Engineering Diploma or equivalent and/or previous experience in food / feed process industry
• PC literate (Microsoft Office)
• Good communication & negotiation skills, Cost conscious, Initiative, Etiquette skills, Self-motivated, Team player, Safety & Hygiene & Quality conscious, Technically inclined, Management skills
• Valid health certificate
