Key Responsibilities

1.FI pillar management

  • Understand site area loss and cost/loss linkage, co-work with pillar leaders and MSE manager to achieve.

  • Business cost benefit by driving loss elimination and 3yrs DiB roadmap through FI pillar activities.

  • Build site associates PS capability to eliminate loss.

  • Collaborate with APAC IE for RSH site capacity bottle neck and capacity expansion.

  • Robust continue improvement culture and lead site level hard- bones solved &KAIZEN projects.

2.Monitoring Factory Performance, incl. site performance, TRS, DiB, NQC, Productivity, SIG, etc.

  • Benchmarking KPIs related data and lead site performance review in site management meeting.

  • Co-work with OPS and MAINT. Team for the OEE, TRS leading and lagging KPIs target setting in RCLMS and governance in E-Factory.

  • Deep dive the opps for site KPIs and leverage FIP method to find improvement projects.

  • Periodically health check for RCLMS and E-Factory KPI setting and performance tracking, co-work with global IE team.

Job Qualifications

  • Fluent Oral & communication skill

  • Fluent in written and read English

  • RCA and PS capability

  • BS degree or above 3 years professional experience in Production or Lean area.

  • Project Management/CVS
