What are we looking for?
To bring our vision of “WE MAKE A BETTER WORLD FOR PETS BY BRINGING TANGIBLE HEALTH BENEFITS THROUGH NUTRITION TO EACH CAT AND DOG” we requires a best-in-class brand communication team. As a core member of Royal Canin Brand communication team, this role is responsible for RC Rednote/Tiktok platform seeding (KOL collaboration, PGC/BGC/UGC content, Feeds ads and WOM management) and strategic project supports (content drawer/Pet ecosystem video,etc).
What will be your key responsibilities?
1、RC Rednote/Tiktik social platform planning & implementation
- Oversee RC Rednote/Tiktok platform for key franchises from KFS planning to daily implementation
- Lead BGC & UGC content creation to drive Pet owner engagement and WOM
- Lead PGC KOL selection, content co-creation with feeds ads and search keywords coordination
- Lead RC Rednote/Tiktok WOM management & SEO maintainance
- Drive X-function collaboration for social seeding needs to better convert Content to Commerce
- Supervise performance against Rednote/Tiktok KPIs with agency management, keep optimize and drive improvements in daily operation.
2、RC strategic projects planning & implementation support
- Co-pilot brand key projects successfully by closely collaborating with X-function team to reach & engage with young Gen-Z Pet owners for V-diet category education
- Support related projects planning & exection cross online & offline consumer touch-points to generate discruptive impact with scale among consumers especially Gen-Z (media/social/offline activation/community, etc)
- Lead total project management, including timeline control, key deliverables, budget planning and internal synergy
- Superise performance against project KPIs, keep optimize and drive improvements in daily operation.
3、Cross function engagement & Team capability empowerment
- Drive fundamental capaiblities building for individual and the team via marketing/consumer/competitor trend sharing, Digital & social best practice sharing and T&L, especially in Rednote & Tiktok.
- Keep cross function relationship to enhance collaboration across national marketing team and Pillar marketing/CA/Finance, etc.
What would be your Job Specifications/Qualifications?
- Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
- Over 2 years experience in Rednote/Tiktok platform/Social MCN platform/New consumer brands, with proven practical expertise and solid skill set in platform planning (KFS) & implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal, project management, communication and influencing skills; ability to collaborate with different stakeholders including pillar marketing, global/regionll stakeholder and external agencies.
- Ability to think strategically and build engaging contents with strong leadership
- Rednote & Tiktok platform/MCN platform/ practical experience as plus.
- Good command of English and Chinese in both written and verbal.
