The role works with Royal Canin Korea Sales Acceleration Team in the Pet Specialty Retailing organization based in Seoul. The purpose of this role is to develop new shop-in-shop business model within Naver platform, which will be the biggest growth engine for our future business.This position plays an important role in supporting Naver SIS initiatives to boost sales with direct engagement of pet owners and a diverse ecosystem of services.
What are we looking for?
A university degree or higher-level education
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both locally and internationally
Over 5 years of experience in FMCG, including a minimum of 3 years in the E-commerce field
Advanced level of English both written and verbal
What will be your key responsibilities?
Develop a new business model(online shop-in-shop) including the flawless end-to-end operational process while building up internal capability
Lead SIS eCRM initiatives, pet owner data acquisition and CRM touch campaign, to support broader business initiatives and cohesive experiences across pet owner journey
Provide SIS consumer insights and trends with portfolio and product offering for untapped business opportunities
Optimize SIS touchpoints for improving engagement by managing creative assets within the online shop and making recommendations for content performance optimization
Provide regular analysis on performance including key data points and analytics, providing insights as well as actionable recommendations
