What will be your key responsibilities?
You’ll produce, update and provide best practice support on MSdocuments, databasesand other departmental systems tosupport the work of more senior colleagues. Tasks couldinclude purchasing materials, entering budgetaryinformation, time and expense recording and similar.
You will extract relevant data from information provided by others,and input it into spreadsheets or standard formats.
You will support others by carrying out routine supply chain tasks.Involves following established procedures.
You will ensure a positive experience for clients by having courteousinteractions with them.
