The Associate Marketing Manager plays a critical role in delivering executional excellence and operational efficiency within the Marketing organization. This role leads core renovation workstreams, leads strategy and execution on the EUKANUBA brand, and enables smarter ways of working through systems integration, budget management, data analytics for key projects and monthly reporting.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Brand support or Marketing Operations.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; ability to learn new programs and systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Ownership of Marketing budget, responsible for planning and tracking planned and actual spend, creating and invoicing POs, acquiring commercial approval, vendor set up, and balancing cost collectors.
- Lead on planning and content creation for EUKANUBA.
- Asset creation, design and execution on national-led consumer marketing activations.
- Lead core renovation projects.
- Data analytics for key projects, monthly reporting.
- Innovation support for new items and tracking execution and results.
- Retail/Sales tool development support.
- Executional responsibilities such as sample orders, price list updates, Retail Sales communications, and premia management including design, ordering and inventory management.
- Other duties as assigned.
