The Product Quality & CI Specialist ensures implementation of the Quality Control Plan product quality related (non-food safety), control formula change management in the factory, manages the process of consumer/customer complaints, identifies opportunities and drives continuous improvements in product quality and factory quality control to reduce product holds and consumer complaints, and lead minor incidents product quality & consumer complaints related, provide making risk assessments and recommendations regarding finished product deviations non-food safety related.

What are we looking for?

Minimum:

  • Knowledge of MS Office and Basic Statistics

  • Results driven, hands-on and factory-oriented professional

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • 1 -3 years' experience in food manufacturing

  • Effective communication with external stakeholders and operational level

Preferred:

  • Specialized education - food science, chemistry or related

  • Knowledge of Quality & Food Safety Systems

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Deploy the quality control plan for product in process and finished products nonfood safety related defined by R&D.

  • Recommend decision on product quality non-conformances in accordance with applicable procedures and specifications

  • Responsible for Daily Product Cutting (FMOS and DAP), Finished Product Retain Samples, and Product Library.

  • Responsible for Recipe Management: activate and deactivate formulas in alignment with RC and PN Formulators

  • Continuously monitor consumer complaints trends, provide appropriate answers when requested, escalate concerns to the Q&FS Manager when necessary

  • Drive reduction of Product Quality Non-conformances and Consumer Complaints: 

  • Initiate and /or lead assigned CAPAs associated to Product Quality and Consumer Complaints Performance

  • Improve quality control plan method, frequency and capabilities, including operational capabilities with trainings
