Finance Business Partner CNE (f/m/x)

CNE Finance Business Partnerprovides dual roles of Financial Custodian and Co-Pilot for the business. As Custodian, plays a critical role to create and maintain a controlled environment for the business to help maintain its financial integrity. As Co-Pilot, Finance plays an active role in helping set the strategic direction of the business as well as providing decision-making support to deliver financial commitments and improve overall business performance.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Provide financial guidance and business partnering support to Royal Canin CNE Cluster to steer value creation across our brand and customer portfolio

  • Drive further digitalization of Finance Department, being single point of contact for digitalization initiatives, implementing new initiatives and ensuring data quality in Digital Tools

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and insight capabilities to deliver insightful analyzes for CNE Cluster

  • Drive budgeting process, ensure control and budget visibility as well as target delivery for Marketing budget (ACP) with strong partnership with Budget Owners

  • Regular reporting and tracking of trade expenditures across CNE. Ensuring compliance with European SRM but also local guidelines

  • Actively participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) Process to support decision making in RC

  • Support the yearly SRM process by ensuring that pricing strategy is in line with local / cluster / European requirements

  • Support during periodic / year-end closing processes

  • Support ad-hoc requests and projects

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in relevant position

  • Proven financial management experience, including forecasting, planning and accounting

  • Business English (min. B2)

  • Good communication skills

  • Experience with digital tools and automation in Finance

  • Advanced Excel skills and Power BI
