Job Description:
Job Purpose:
The associate on this position is responsible for development, deployment and coordination of trade marketing activities within the VET channel according to the annual execution plan. As such, the Trade Marketeer is in close contact with the clinics floor and pro-actively drives business and category growth at our customers in VET. Will be deploying activation & toolkits from the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, execution and evaluation of trade marketing activities related to the Healthy Pets portfolio in clinics aiming to drive recommendation. Key responsibilities include:
- In the lead for getting approval on activations through the S&OP+ cycle, including ROI calculation and evaluation.
- Plans and manages ordering, development and production of communication/promotional materials, based on the key visuals developed by the Regional team.
- Provides sales teams with the selling tools to deliver a perfect execution in clinic.
- Evaluate in clinics materials and continuously drive best-in-class, innovative materials to support the recommendation and conversion of our brand.
- Supports the deployment of Sick Pets portfolio activation in clinics.
- Coordinates the annual Vet Events Plan for the market, driving the brand/portfolio execution in National Events and being the point of reference for Royal Canin promoted events. Monitors events result according to quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
- Owns the VET Merchandising Program execution in the market.
- Grants VET premia and materials ordering from suppliers and timely delivery to Sales Reps/customers.
- Coordinates the Pet Professional budget monitoring for the market, ensuring proper allocation, forecasting and raising risks/opps.
- Manages customers commercial communications.
- Shares best practice across Cluster.
Context & Scope:
- Owns the development, execution & evaluation of VET B2C / B2B activities on Healthy Pets portfolio, in alignment with the market M&SD Team.
- Supports the Trade Marketing VET & Webshop Activation Specialist in the deployment of Sick Pets activations in clinic.
- Engages Sales teams with the activity plans to drive field excellence in execution.
- Coordinates Sales & Health Affairs teams in the creation and execution of the annual events plan.
- Works closely with the Perfect Clinic Manager to drive the best brand permanent visibility in clinics.
Education and Professional Qualifications:
- Higher degree

- 2-5 years’ experience

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be within the range set out below for a full-time position. Within this range, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Compensation information: 35797,22€-49220,93€ annually gross
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the position, …).
