National Manager lead PRO strategy and will execute defined sales programs to achieve regional sales and financial goals. This position focuses on effective leadership of field sales associates, execution of sales strategy and objectives, and engagement of internal and external stakeholders in the business.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Administration/Sales, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Zootechnician or similar.
Focus on Customer development, PR or Business Transformation.
+3 years of experience in similar positions and scope working in animal care or pharmaceutical companies a plus, carrying out activities such as sales planning, point of sale supervision, cost of sales analysis, sales forecasts, establishing objectives for sales team, execution and team building as a towering strength.
Knowledgeable for marketing, customer service, pricing management and systems management.
What will be your key responsibilities?
The national Sales Manager for PRO is responsible for working on being the preferred partner for breeders, shelters and entities related to this such as Kennel Clubs and professional associations dedicated to cats and dog welfare
Associate in this role should build a strong and sustainable strategy to activate diverse business models that enhance our effectiveness to recruit more pets in the PRO ecosystem
Own and advocate for Choose Health: Be the Kennel Clubs undisputed partner to support and influence the purebred pets ecosytem by fighting against unethical breeding and extreme conformation
Optimize qualitative recommendation: Relevant tools and services (Royal Start, 48hrs, MyDogDNA, etc.) to leverage recommendation sources beyond breeders, leveraging on education, knowledge and advocacy
Develop PRO Talent through S.H.I.F.T.: From Transactional to Consultative Sale, enhance field teams capabilities at the service of our clients securing execution through Pro Flywheel deployment and Pro KPIs follow up as best in class example
Oriented to Portfolio & Strategic territories: Deploy our dedicated formulas in a competitive omnichannel environment: Build steady Maintenace fundations
Deliver Sales and coverage KPIs + Qualitative KPIs based on Responsible breeding and sustainable shelter initiatives in our different RTMs (Direct and Indirect distribution)
Responsible for deploying our event and activity calendar to keep Royal Canin México as a relevant player with these stakeholders (PROActive)
Collaborate and influence internal stakeholders: LT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Scientific Communication, Corporate Affairs, Supply
Collaborate and influence internal stakeholders: Kennel Club, Breeder Clubs, Associations, etc
Participates and adheres to all food safety requirements, Quality Process Management, and Safety Programs ensuring standards are met. Demonstrate quality in your actions, words and spirit
