Digital Continuous Improvement Engineer - Manufacturing

This role serves as the key connector between site operations and

maintenance, site leadership team, and global/regional development teams. It leads the deployment process of the solution,

trains relevant stakeholders, monitors usage, validates functionalities and use cases, while ensuring the integration of accurate,

site-specific knowledge into Riobot. The Riobot Deployment Specialist should facilitate effective communication, training, and

feedback collection to ensure the solution meets business manufacturing needs

What are we looking for?

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and data analysis/visualization applications (Power BI, Python,….etc)

  • Demonstrates communication skills with the ability to train and support end-users.

  • Experience in change management or knowledge management

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (operations, maintenance, E&T..)

  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills linked to Dry Petcare process

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digitalization in manufacturing projects or AI deployment

  • Project management experience

  • Proven ability to collect, synthesize, and act on user feedback.

  • Proven troubleshooting skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead and manage the local deployment of the Riobot AI solution, ensuring timely execution, milestone tracking, and regular progress reporting to site leadership and global/regional Riobot development teams.

  • Monitor and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) to track Riobot adoption, user satisfaction, and its impact on operational efficiency and downtime reduction.

  • Track and escalate critical issues to regional or global support teams as needed.

  • Coordinate closely with operations, maintenance, E&T and global/regional Riobot to align deployment with daily workflows and share best practices.

  • Promote Riobot adoption by communicating its benefits to local stakeholders and integrating Riobot training into onboarding processes for new hires.

  • Assist in pilot testing new Riobot features and validate functionalities to ensure they meet manufacturing business needs.

  • Document deployment processes, lessons learned, and best practices to support ongoing training and future roll-out.
