What are wo looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ Experience with SAP ERP platform
  • Experience in the full development cycle of SAP Strong knowledge of Material Management, procurement, manufacturing and Q&FS processes.
  • Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Curious and capable to research and rapidly learn new technical skills.
  • Strong on play “what if” scenarios and bringing others to understand those scenarios.
  • Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure.


What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Deep technical knowledge of SAP ERP MM-Ariba-MDG modules
  • Product and Strategy Architecture: Design of some key complex component of the future SAP S4 Inbound modules (for example: Ariba, CLM, Vendor master data….)
  • Collaborate with the System integrator that will be selected and Royal Canin business expert to define a fit for purpose design.
  • Validate the fit for purpose of the solution.
  • Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture, GDO and any other Mars DT team that need to be involved on design discussion.
  • If necessary, involve SAP experts in the discussion to insure we get the best from the solution we will design.
  • Understanding local and global process complexities
  • Lead the key functional architecture decision for Petcare In collaboration with central S2P team.
  • Work closely with the S2P, Q&FS and P2F lead to insure the design and delivery are fit for purpose and the system integrator deliverables follow the expectations
  • Work closely with S2P, Q&FS and P2F lead to create roadmaps and strategies Outbound components development and evolution.
  • Collaborate with other component of the program (like MCS or WIM program for example)
  • Focused on improving associate experience for Inbound processes
  • Working with global stakeholders and process in each service line
  • Support deployment teams in implementing the solution that will have been designed
  • Work with Pet nutrition experts to insure the design fit for purpose
