Sr. Director - Engineering, IE & E2E Planning
The Sr. Director of Engineering, IE & E2E Planning role is the operational and strategic leader of the supply chain and operations team for the entire Fresh Nom Nom/RC business. The purpose of this role is to lead the Supply Chain to optimal cost, cash and service performance. This will be done by relentlessly driving a robust multiyear network, capital strategy and demand planning process which is led through S&OP & effective supply planning process leveraging an integrated set of planning tools. The role also requires the people management and development of a high caliber and high functioning Engineering, IE & Planning team that spans both S&EO and S&OP timeframes.
This role is responsible for all aspects of the development, maintenance and execution of the Network Masterplan & Planning process. This role will be the Supply Lead for S&OP for Step 1 & the owner of the S&OP Step 2 and 3 processes and meetings, the core purpose of this position is to influence stakeholders and participants to maintain discipline and alignment to roles and responsibilities within the development & execution of the process. The role will bring clarity to ambiguity in the process, develop approaches to unprecedented or unplanned situations, address inconsistent treatment across segments, identification of biases and delivering both an unconstrained demand forecast and constrained supply plan with supporting, quantified, risks and opportunities.
What are we looking for?
B.S. or BA in supply chain management, science and/or engineering or degree in another equivalent area with demonstrated equivalent experience. Master or advanced degree (sciences or business) preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of supply chain experience for a global or multi-plant consumer packaged goods company
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading people and teams.
Previous experience in Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Network Optimization.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning and Advanced Planning Systems (preferably JDA, E2open or RapidResponse)
Experience in developing and implementing supply chain planning processes and managing them through deployment of an APS system
Advanced numerical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Advanced understanding of customer and consumer dynamics that impact demand
Ability to travel up to 40%
What will be your key responsibilities?
Strategic Resource Management ensuring teams are focused on the critical projects.

Innovation Management of risk for new products to ensure site budgets and service are efficiently managed
Capital Management by leading development, prioritization, execution and governance of the CAB project pipeline throughout execution
Supply Strategy development through benchmarking, value leadership and network project execution
Tactical Supply Execution through Supply performance tracking and supporting CVS and project execution
Process Leadership-owners of S&OP Steps 1-3.
Ownership of planning handoffs and weekly adjustments to manufacturing sites through execution planning process
Synthesize and filter inputs from multiple sources to influence future demand and supply.
Identify logical or methodological inconsistency
In the case of capacity constraints impacting multiple Network Planners sharing the same resources, this role will determine the item prioritization based on business needs
