What are we looking for?
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management operations
- APICS
- 2+ years experience in supply planning, inventory management, or related
- Experience with ERP Systesm (i.e. SAP) and supply chain planning software
- Ability to story tell utilize data
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Analyse internal performance metrics and business processes to assess strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop and maintain strategic plans that outline key initiatives, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with various departments, including, planning, finance, operations, and R&D, to ensure alignment of strategic execution plans and adhere with business goals.
- Facilitate meetings to gather input and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
- Execution and support strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations.
- Assess potential risks associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor external factors that could impact the company’s strategic direction and adjust plans accordingly.
