Job Description:

This role will perform key finance functions related toNorth Americainventory activity, systems/interface reconciliations, andin transitreconciliationsand aging, review daily inventory dashboards, verify needed adjustments, and provide support for posting approvals. This Associate will identify recurring transactional issues and escalate to finance, supply chain, and systems team to establish permanent solutions.

The primary role of theInventoryAnalyst is to be a partner for the business to enable growth and support day to day operations. The Analyst will manage producing periodic and quarterly reporting and ensure timely submission of data in compliance with corporate deadlines. TheInventoryAnalyst will assist in improving processes, procedures and internal controls and complete special projects on an as needed basis.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in accountingor finance

  • 2+ years of experience in areas of accounting or finance related fields

  • Understanding of basic financial processes and controls

  • Knowledge of Excel

  • Process improvement experience would be an advantage

  • Experience working with and reconciling multiple systems is a plus


What will be your key responsibilities?

Accountability for the daily value of inventory through, but not limited to, the following:

  • Activity Reconciliation of Transfers (shipment and receipt) between multiple factory and warehouse locationswithin North America

  • Review findings from Inventory dashboards; action,resolve or escalate

  • Call out if processes, tools or systems are not used correctlythen recommend and implementacorrected solution

  • Analysis of adjustmentsperformed by the Flow team to ensure accuracy

  • Review and analyzeaged inventory for properprovision calculation

  • Reconciliation WMS to ERP Subledger to ERP General Ledger

  • Document processes and provide SOPs for Financial approval for current & future systems

  • Encompassedindevelopment,scoping & UAT testing of new systems impacting inventory and related processes

  • Support the physical / cycle count processin compliance withthe Internal Controls Excellence framework (ICE)

  • Develops and Implements standardization of the processes across all sites to improve operational efficiency, which will encompass setting up compliance and governance framework, coordination of resources to improve delivery timing in financial processes impacting progress of processesanddetecting risk.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 71,200.00 - USD 97,900.00
