Please note that this position is offered on a one-year fixed-term contract basis to provide maternity leave cover
Essential duties and responsibilities
You will together with your team be responsible for the Customer Service in the Swedish market. Act as a back-up for the other Nordic markets during sick leave, holidays etc.
Order management in Navision through EDI, CRM, calls, web shop and mail
Credit and claims handling
Email/phone support
Drive Additional Sales and create added value for customers.
Web shop support to customers
Work closely with our logistic partner to ensure that handling and distribution is performed according to the customer requirements.
What are we looking for?
High school graduate or similar
Min. 2-3 years of work experience in Customer Service-related functions.
Fluent in Swedish spoken and written.
Advance English (understand written and verbale and can speak it with our Nordic organization)
Danish/Norwegian is a plus
Excellent communication skills, structured, proactive, team oriented and a great drive for results.
Strong in handling conflict situations with care and understanding.
Preferably in the FMCG Industry
