We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our efforts in the DACH market, focusing on long-term value creation and category growth. In this role, you will craft highly tailored promotional and mix strategies, leveraging data and analytics to drive success through our annual planning process and the S&OP+ cycle.

What are we looking for?

• A university degree in Finance, Economics, or Statistics is essential

• Solid experience in revenue management or related fields

• Proficiency in English is a must.

• Practical experience in analysis (financial, category, or sales) with the ability to transform insights from diverse data sets into actionable strategies

• A broad understanding of Strategic Revenue Management, including pricing, promotions, mix strategies, trade terms, and pricing corridors

• A strong understanding of sales processes and execution

• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to drive collaboration and results

What would be your key responsibilities?

Local Leadership

• Serve as the local lead for Strategic Revenue Management across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will be the expert in all SRM disciplines, translating business objectives and portfolio plans into actionable customer solutions.

Co-Pilot for Key Account Managers

• Collaborate with and upskill Key Account Managers on customer investment expenditures, ensuring best practices are followed.

Data-Driven Excellence

• Utilize data, tools, and equipment (such as Promo or Customer P&L modeling tools) to achieve best-in-class results.

Strategic Planning

• Design and deliver annual planning inputs, along with 3-year and 5-year planning strategies focused on SRM-relevant KPIs.
