The Sales Support role is a key member of the Sales Team. While sitting in PP, the role is cross-Channel and has similar responsibilities in PSR. By handling the operational tasks of the sales department, the job holder supports the sales field teams and key accounts managers in spending more time with the customers. The role also ensures efficient communication and collaboration with our customers by maintaining accurate records of our accounts.

Education & Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

Knowledge / Experience

  • Prior experience in sales operations or administrative roles

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Good communication and presentation skills (oral and written)

  • Proficient use of office tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat)

  • Fluency in English written and spoken, to add other languages.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and maintain different sales reports, consolidate sub-cluster reports (including DMRs related), track the KPIs provided by Demand Directors and provide data-driven insights to the sales team.

Operations Support:

Support Demand Directors or Sales Field Managers with some operational reporting, SIP tracking or internal presentations (DMR, BRs).

CRM Management:

 The position will be required to use the local sales CRM system (or other tools) of the unit and update information; maintain data accuracy of records and collaborate with Sales Operations Manager in relation to sales CRM system.

Team meetings:

 The sales support position will at times support Demand Directors or Sales Field Manager with organizing team meetings and will attend team meetings to support with some operational tasks follow ups.
