YOUR ROLE

As our new Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Royal Canin in the field, translating our purpose into results. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Growing our business in the Antwerp & Brussels region.
  • Bringing the Royal Canin strategy to life locally by identifying growth opportunities in "perfect stores".
  • Demonstrating sales excellence with a clear focus on performance.
  • Building strong commercial relationships with partner stores.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, delivering impactful in-store training and storytelling.
  • Collaborating proactively with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance & Logistics).

WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL LOOK LIKE

No two days will be the same, but here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Driving turnover in your sector aligned with our national business plan.
  • Prioritizing Cats & Dogs in every action — from merchandising and brand promotion to tailored store training.
  • Using tools like Excel, Set2Sell, and our Royal Canin dashboards to track performance and spot opportunities.
  • Managing local budgets strategically to boost business results.
  • Working closely with stores on trade terms and partnership agreements.

WHAT YOU BRING

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is a strong communicator and active listener, who thrives in building customer and team relationships.
  • Has a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and works in a structured, results-driven way.
  • Speaks and writes French and Dutch fluently; English proficiency is also required.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Has first experience in a field sales role, ideally in FMCG.
  • Most importantly: shares our deep passion for cats and dogs.
