In collaboration with European Category and Customer Strategy role and with the Cluster MS&D Team, responsible for embedding a Category First culture across Europe – delivered through:
Leads Perfect Store design and deployment, defining shelf and assortment principles in line with the category strategy and acknowledging clusters specificity.
Collaborate with Global Category and Perfect Store role to make sure European Perfect Store design principles are leveraging the most updated and relevant research insights and company knowledge.
Integrates shopper analytics, insights and proven performance in the range review and the recommendation for Picture of Success
Collaborates with the Category lead to ensure category vision is suitable for tailoring to customers and runs annual range reviews
Collaborates with Category leadership and Cluster MS&D team and Perfect Store roles to ensure relevant reporting, merchandising and range review support.
Collaborates with S2S BP to ensure that the system is supporting the PS implementation measurement
This role is responsible for internal management delivery of the Perfect store program and tracking of Perfect Store completion and progress KPIs. The role is responsible for delivering insights and analysis for Perfect Store compliance across Europe.
This role will deliver this through membership of the Omni-Channel and PSR team and wider S&M team, close collaboration with other Category roles (especially Category & Customer Strategy Manager), MS&D portfolio roles and with Perfect Store Managers and Sales Leaders in the Clusters.
Success will be achieved through delivery and execution via Clusters Sales Teams of a best-in-class Picture of Success operating with a category first approach and data informed insights.
What are we looking for:
Category/Customer or Retail Sales experiences (external or internal)
Understanding of FMCG, sales and retail environment, ways of working and efficient ways to communicate and plan deployment of initiatives
Technical and functional experience in category Management, Shopper Insights, Customer facing experience
