The Business Process Owner (BPO) for E2E Orchestration Planning is responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving the E2E integration creating a fair tension between supply chain constraints with a total cost to serve optimization mindset. This role ensures coherent planning performances framework using E2E segmentation, efficient interfaces inside SC planning and with other functions. Supporting digital enablement across the global network, the BPO for E2E Orchestration Planning enables Royal Canin Supply Chain to achieve optimal service levels, efficiency, resilience, sustainability and performance.

The BPO acts as the strategic owner of the E2E planning integration journey, ensuring global alignment, enabling world-class ways of working, and driving adoption of planning technologies, analytics, and best practices across all business groups, regions, and manufacturing facilities.

What are we looking for ?

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, planning, business, operations, or related field required.

  • Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP, SCOR-P) preferred

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or global process leadership in a complex multinational environment.

  • Proven experience owning, designing, or managing large-scale cross-functional planning processes (Integrated Business Planning, S&OP, supply planning, production scheduling, or similar).

  • Experience working with enterprise planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder, ERP/APS platforms) preferred.

  • Demonstrated success leading process transformation initiatives across multiple business units or regions

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning and orchestration processes.

  • Strong data literacy and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actions.

What will be your key responsibilities ?

·       Global Process Ownership

Define, develop, and maintain the global E2E orchestration planning process framework, standards, policies, and operating guidelines, including product segmentation, inventory & replenishment strategies as well as efficient activity management planning.

Identify process design gaps towards end-to-end orchestration and coordinate with other BPOs how to close gaps, improve performance harmonization and overall efficiency in close collaboration with Mars MSE and other functions in full alignment with enterprise planning strategy, digital transformation roadmap, and business objectives.

Serve as the single point of accountability for the global E2E planning orchestration framework, methods, documentation, and governance (process adherence, performances and maturity development)

·       Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Lead ongoing E2E process integration optimization initiatives to boost efficiency, agility, and resilience across the supply network.

Drive adoption of advanced planning capabilities, including automation, scenario planning, exception management planning.

Benchmark ways of working against industry best practices and incorporate improvement opportunities into the global planning model.

·       Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as reference point for interfaces and related internal Service level Agreements between various level of planning as well as with other functions like: R&D, Marketing/Activity management, finance and Value Chain operations (logistics, manufacturing, commercial).

Enable seamless orchestration across functional planning layers (S&OP, demand, supply, production scheduling, inventory, and logistics).

Lead forums, workstreams, and communities of practice to ensure high alignment and knowledge sharing.

Define E2E planning integration tool requirements and partner with data & analytics and IT teams to continuously improve planning system capabilities (e.g., APS, ERP, reporting platforms), data quality & performance analysis

Ensure system design and integration support end-to-end orchestration and standardized business processes.

·       Change Management & Training

Drive change adoption and E2E orchestration standardization across all deployed markets and business areas.

Contribute to develop related training materials, process documentation, and capability frameworks for global and regional teams.

Support onboarding as well as maturity assessment and development for E2E planning orchestration.
