What are we looking for?

  • Strong expertise in strategic and functional marketing, especially in demand creation and activation (B2B/B2B2C) within an omnichannel environment.

  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and competitive advantage.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills with regional and key market teams.

  • Experience collaborating with diverse internal teams (Innovation, CMI, Brand Communication, Digital, Marketing & Sales, Legal, Corporate Affairs) and external agencies.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity while maintaining clear vision and purpose.

  • Creative thinker with a track record of delivering consistent, impactful results.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

  • Comfortable working in a complex, matrixed, and international environment.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • To continue to push boundaries and generate science health nutrition category growth, the Global Vet Activation and event Manager will lead define, develop & promote Demand Creation/Activation plan (B2B/ B2B2C) for territories/ranges under his/her responsibility, in an omnichannel environment under the supervision of the Global Vet Activation Lead.

  • This role is centered around developing activation / marketing strategy to directly drive growth & competitive advantage.

  • This role requires engagement of key stakeholders, building partnership with regions/key markets 

  • This role interacts with a wide variety of internal interfaces as Innovation, CMI, Graphic Chain, Brand Communication, Digital & e-commerce, Regional and local Marketing & Sales, Legal, Corporates Affairs etc. as well as with external stakeholders such as agencies.

  • This role requires strategic and outstanding functional marketing expertise, ability to deal with ambiguity and to manage vision and purpose, to think outside of the box and to deliver consistent results.
