Our General Accounting Team plays a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting across our operations, including our headquarters, factories, and various markets.

As a GA Accountant – Supply, you will be responsible for managing supply-related financial processes, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and US GAAP. Your work will contribute to the accuracy and integrity of financial records, supporting smooth business operations and effective decision-making.

What are we looking for?

  • You a first experience in accounting or a closely related field.

  • You hold a degree in accounting, with a strong grasp of financial transactions, account reconciliation, and reporting standards.

  • You are customer-focused, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

  • You take initiative and assess risks effectively to drive sound decision-making.

  • You are a proactive problem-solver, always seeking improvements and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

  • You are naturally curious, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Oversee financial processes for Aimargues and Cambrai factories, ensuring accurate reporting and HFM uploads in collaboration with controllers.

  • Manage the fixed asset process, including HFM entries, investment plans, and asset lifecycle management in ERP One Navision.

  • Ensure accurate accounting entries, balance sheet justifications (Blackline tool), and timely variance explanations.

  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable teams to ensure smooth processing of purchases (RM, packaging, FA).

  • Handle Intercompany Pricing (ICP) and Transfer Pricing, ensuring accurate quarterly updates. Ensure proper activation, depreciation, and disposal of fixed assets, addressing billing and supply cost inquiries.

  • Lead stakeholder communication and respond to Group/global finance requests.

  • Maintain internal controls (ICE), ensure data accuracy, and drive process improvements.

  • Act as an SME for GA Supply, sharing best practices and maintaining key documentation.

  • Adapt to new business challenges, integrate new reporting requirements, and support team engagement.
