This role is open to any location in Europe
ROYAL CANIN ’s MISSION IS TO TRANSFORM EACH CAT AND DOGS HEALTH AND WELL-BEING BY PUSHING THE LIMITS OF NUTRITION AND KNOWLEDGE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH PET PROFESSIONALS.
The strategic ambition is to serve 35m pets and generate $10b NSV by 2030. These ambitions require capabilities that enable sustainable omnichannel growth, improve the inventory turnover ratio, and provide real-time analytics and visibility driven by data. They also involve seamlessly integrating channel expansion and ensuring confirmed customer satisfaction, in line with the quality and passion we put into our products.
In 2021, we recognised the need for Enterprise Architecture changes based on an analysis that examined our business needs, current pain points, technical gaps, and strategic vision.
The current application systems architecture supporting Source to Pay, Lead to Cash, Purchase to Fulfil and Record to Record business capabilities is not adapted to the business growth and evolution beyond 2026.
To enable Vision 2030, several transformation programs have been initiated, such as MDM, OMS, Veritas, FoT, The Box, and S/4HANA. These programs are not just system upgrades or changes; they will also focus on standardising the business processes. To create value, they require business transformations that necessitate a specific organisational design to ensure quality, efficiency, governance, visibility, and transparency. They must be business-led from the top of the organisation down to every unit.
To enable this transformation, we are building an EOS Finance COE Transformation Hub that will drive all Finance Global process designs Initiatives within RC across the Record to Report Function.
The EOS Supply Chain Finance BPO plays a pivotal role, introduced to facilitate our upcoming Business Transformation (EOS) within Supply Chain Finance. This significant transformation anticipates a major shift by the introduction of standard costing supported by the new ERP system SAP S/4 Hanna and redesigned upstream and downstream processes in the Supply Finance domain.
The incumbent will collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Finance Tower Lead and fellow BPOs from across departments within different Mars segments like P2F, S2P, Tax, and MGS, focused on the Standard Costing lifecycle. The EOS Supply Chain Finance BPO ensures robust testing of the global design and supports the global deployment strategy related to the Standard Costing process. He/she translates ongoing deployment feedback and discusses potential design updates towards the segment and global design teams. Furthermore, the EOS Supply Chain Finance BPO supports and manages the change towards local, regional and global business teams related to the Supply Finance domain within Royal Canin, in close collaboration with the PMO, CXO and regional deployment teams.
In a landscape of impending transformation, the EOS Supply Chain Finance BPO will not merely support change but drive it, navigating transitions, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that our finance processes are robust, efficient, standardised and well-deployed.
During the pilot deployments, this EOS Supply Chain Finance BPO plays a vital role in supporting, guiding and training local supply chain leads/KUs and regional deployment teams to guarantee proper learning and deployment successes. After the first pilot deployments in Europe, the focus of this EOS Supply Chain Finance BPO shifts globally and strategically securing quality deployment, business continuity, global learning and, if needed, global design optimisation along the ambitious deployment roadmap.
To summarise, this EOS Supply Chain Finance BPO will be a key enabler towards the successful Introduction and roll-out of standard costing within Royal Canin from Poland Pilots towards full global embedment.
