What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead Royal Canin China Supply annual financial shaping process and target setting, influence factory, supply chain and procurement teams to develop MCC (manufacturing conversion cost) & LCC (logistics conversion cost) & Prime (Raw materials & Package) annual budget plan and align with different functions at different levels (i.e. Regional Supply Chain, Regional Finance, China local Finance)

  • Lead quarterly rolling forecast for MCC, LCC, Prime based on S&OP+ cycles, and collaborate with China FP&A and demand BP on implications of key changes

  • Lead monthly financial analysis and decision-making process including periodical closing & review, variance analysis, propose high quality risks & opportunities to deliver annual plan & rolling forecast and drive so-what actions through stakeholder influencing

  • Responsible for daily budget approval and control

  • Ad-hoc support to factory and supply chain teams

  • Ad-hoc support to line manager to provide financial insights & advisory on decision-making process

  • Proactively support new projects with solid data analysis based on deep understanding of business & operation

  • Take lead in “finance for non-finance training” for factory, supply chain and commercial teams

What are we looking for?

  • Reputable education in accounting or a related field. CPA or equivalent qualification a plus

  • 5 years+ experience, including 2 years+ as factory/supply chain finance BP with solid supply knowledge, costing experience a plus

  • High learning agility

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including communication skill, conflict management, influence others

  • Responsible, hands-on, deliver consistent high-quality result even under pressure

  • Resilience & inner drive for growth
