This position reports to the Integrate manufacturing network manager. The position maintains close relations with the following:
Detailed Responsibilities
Lead activity plan (incl. QUEST/QES) to fulfill needs for supply and coordinate factory internal operation and accessments for deployment and change management. For collaboration projects, the stakeholders would be extended to larger scope of our customers / vendors.
Design / Lead SMOS as weekly basis for operation foundation for supply management handling order fulfillments, supply risk of material, capacity analysis and preparation, change managements, need to take proactive actions for short/long term collaborating different functions on solving supply issues.
Represent TJN facotry and joined collaboration via local S&OP+ in PMR and SMR
Item master coordination/ EOS system project for the system enabler
New process setup following different / new scenes occur

Job Specifications/Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree above, Supply Chain Management and Project Management is a plus
Knowledge/Experience:
Over 3 years’ experience in new product development related or supply chain management
Project management experience is a must and experience to lead NPD launch is a plus
Well know of S&OP+ process and QUEST / QES process
Fluent oral and written in English
