What are we looking for?

• 3-5 years Ecommerce sales/Trade marketing/CRM working experience
• Ability of Data analysis and strong shopper insight
• Familiar with Ecommerce CRM tools and platform CRM methodology
• Strong communication and eager to learn

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Omni SPT channel strategy and region project coordinator
• SPT CRM strategy and all platform CRM score card consolidation
• Owner of Pet record mini program to drive registered number and LTV
• Lead RC shopper co-creation project with ecommerce platform (eg.Pet tag)
• Contact window of NMKT and Sales team
