Process Optimization Lead (f/m/x)

Process Improvement Lead is driving the global results of his sector (Safety, Environment, Quality, Service, Cost), deploying a zero loss and continuous improvement culture. This person will be actively involved in TPM.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Play a key role in driving safety, quality, service, and cost performance and contribute to HSE and Q&FS standards deployment
Supports and supervises continues improvement process through PDCA, Problem Solving and other lean tools to ensure KPI improvement in short- and long-term perspective
Follow up and analyze results to define and complete actions to close the gaps and escalate blocking points
Follow and analyze relevant KPI to support the operations team on key improvements to increase site efficiency (TRS, NQC, OEE, DMS)
Assess the effectiveness of all operational activities on site using specific analytical tools (eg. Kaizen, Six Sigma, DMAIC etc.) to generate proposals for waste-reduction & improvement initiatives
Using Focus Improvement pillar methodology, perform loss analysis on CBN KPI’s on the dedicated area to identify key projects to reach the targets define by the Site Leadership Team including “Do It Best “ initiatives and to build the 1 year plan. Use local SWOT analysis and shopfloor interviews as inputs.
Support multi-disciplinary teams to understand Lean principles, map processes and identify wastes
Coaching improvement teams to deliver sustainable results, helping to support the development of their Continuous Improvement and TPM capability
Using the Education&Training cycle and methodologies, contribute to the site capability building plan by identifying key skills gaps, helping building materials and organizing development sessions (training, coaching, assessment), capable to lead some of those sessions according to their expertise areas.
Lead and co-ordinate the continuous improvement approach in your area of the factory
What are we looking for?
Master’s degree in food industry or general or site strong experience that fits to the requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English
Continuous improvement and result oriented mindset
Understanding technical details on assets (functions and problems)
Problem-Solving and basic project management
With professional background in manufacturing environment
