Job: Packaging Procurement Coordinator

Royal Canin is seeking a Packaging Procurement Coordinator to join our exciting pet food business at a Freemont, NE manufacturing plant. We focus on the unique needs of cats and dogs. We’re looking for a Coordinator who will be responsible for all stock coming into the RCMarket Warehouses to ensure stock accuracy and product availability to the customer.

What are we looking for?

  • Ideally, you’llexperience in the supply chain, including experience with inventory control or stock control experience in a warehouse or other setting

  • You’ll have worked within Fast Moving Consumer Goods organizations in the RC market. 

  • We want someone who is a confident PC user (SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)), production planning systems.

  • We would prefer you to hold a Bachelor’sdegreeor Equivalent Level.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • You’llmanage information on the physical movement of stock between factory, warehouse and customer.

  • You’llwork with 3P, external factories, Mars Factories, and co-pack teams to ensure daily management and immediate solution of Inventory IDOC errors for all RCwarehouses.

  • You’llensure auditable processes are implemented and adhered to by both Mars and our suppliers.

  • You’llensure the reconciliation report is monitored daily and kept in control by minimizing outstanding issues
