The Commercial organization (Procurement) is a crucial link in our value chain, ensuring the quality of raw materials and packaging—the foundation of product value creation. Managing a diverse range of nutrient sources, functional ingredients, and packaging materials requires a high level of expertise to maintain supplier quality.
The Europe SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance) Team holds a unique position. While serving clients in the region, it also supplies raw materials and packaging to other regions. This adds complexity, involving market and supply challenges, and requires significant contributions from the SQA function to support the Innovation pipeline in close collaboration with Global R&D Teams

You will lead supplier audits, while acting as the subject matter expert regarding the ingredient or material for which you are leading.
