What are we looking for?
- very good communication and presentation skills
- fluent Latvian and English
- bachelor’s degree in logistics or other related areas
- ability to work without close supervision and collaborate within a team
- minimum 1.5 years experience on a similar position: supply planner, customer service, operations planning, operations management,
- inventory management skills
- systems knowledge: advanced skills using Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- strong analytical skills
What will be your key responsibilities?
- making sure the supply plan is executed according to the agreed principles in a short-term horizon
- ensuring the inventory levels are in line with the approved E2E demand & supply plan that the organized replenishment secures maximum product availability to the customers
- making sure the supplying locations respect the replenishment principles and agreed
- remaining in constant connection with local warehouse partners regarding stock reception and logistic data accuracy
- operating & monitoring local replenishment and distribution activities in all Baltic countries
- monitoring Inventory level vs. targets, reporting KPIs
- placing and modifying shipment orders
- ordering transport services from external transport providers
- managing daily communication with the Customer Service Team and Sales Team regarding product availability
