1、本科及以上学历,动物及相关专业优先,3年及以上快消经验,宠物营养或诊疗专业优先;
2、具备优秀的客户关系维持能力,良好的协商沟通能力,能够及时解决工作中遇到的问题和挑战;
3、具有良好的逻辑思维能力,全面周到的问题思考方式,丰富的团队管理经验,能够维持团队平衡及坚持原则,团结和带领团队完成既定、预定目标;
4、具有良好的组织协调能力,善于巩固公司的良好形象和竞争优势,良好的市场拓展和市场分析能力,能够在市场中积极争取有利地位;
5、具备较强的计划和执行能力,擅长处理不明朗局面,能够有效的进行跨部门沟通合作。

加入玛氏,您的主要职责将会是什么?

1、负责湖北省部分区域宠物医院渠道销售,负责销售预测,预算及目标--拜访Top客户,拉动客户销售-完成销量目标

2、与主要经销商进行定期生意计划和回顾及行动计划制定跟进,管理所负责的经销商日常工作,包含账款、费用的核对、核销;

3、组织建议实施宠物医院渠道促销活动及产品知识的消费教育活动, 监督并确保公司的品牌形象和理念的正确传播给客户和终端消费者, 普及品牌理念,促进市场份额和客户忠诚度的提升;

4、通过指导和协作,帮助相关部门解决和处理顾客的反对意见和建议,提升合作美誉度,了解顾客在推销活动中对产品的满意度和推荐度。
