【岗位职责】
1. 销售目标与运营管理
1)承接公司年度/季度销售指标,制定区域年度/季度/月度销售计划,按照城市/渠道/客户类型拆解目标,确保销售额达标;
2)监控销售方案,周/月复盘数据,分析业绩缺口并制定补量方案,及时调整策略;
3)分析区域市场容量/消费趋势/竞品动态,制定差异化区域销售策略与推广方案,提升市场占有率。
2. 市场拓展与渠道管理
1)负责区域内新客户开发,建立完善的区域销售网络;
2)管理现有渠道伙伴,优化渠道结构,维护渠道秩序和价值链;
3)组织区域内市场推广活动(沙龙,新品上市等),提升品牌知名度与产品渗透率。
3. 客户关系管理
1)经销商客户管理,确保生意有序推动;
2)主导区域内重点客户/大客户的开发与维护,建立深度合作关系;
3)提升客户的品牌满意度与忠诚度,建立长期稳定的合作关系;
4. 团队管理与人才培养
1)负责区域销售团队的招聘/选拔,搭建高效的区域销售组织架构;
2)开展销售培训与技能辅导(产品知识/销售技巧/谈判能力/市场分析等),培养团队骨干与后备人才。
3)营造积极的团队氛围,提升团队凝聚力与执行力,传承公司文化与价值观
5. 跨部门合作与合规管理
1)协同运营/售后部门保障订单交付/物流配送与售后服务质量,提升客户体验;
2)严格遵守公司销售策略/价格体系/财务制度与合规要求,杜绝违规操作;
3)完成上级经理交办的其他临时性工作。
【任职要求】
1. 本科及以上学历,动物医学相关专业优先;
2. 5年以上销售经验+1年以上团队管理经验,有同行区域管理经验者优先;
3. 较强的团队管理能力,良好的沟通协调与抗压能力,具备敏锐的市场洞察力,优秀的商务谈判能力,有丰富经销商管理经验者优先
4. 能适应区域内高频出差,按期交付健康可持续的生意结果。
