¿Qué estamos buscando?
- Importante: Poder asistir de forma presencial 4 veces por semana (Dirección RVP-Royal Canin, Virrey Del Pino, Argentina)
- Estudiante avanzado/a de la carrera de Ingeniería industrial, procesos o áreas a fines (cursando últimos dos años de la carrera).
- Inglés (Intermedio- Avanzado).
- (Paquete Office, Excel), adaptándose rápidamente a nuevos programas y sistemas.
- Atención a los detalles, Orientación a la acción y proactividad
¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades clave?
- Estandarizar procesos de soporte: Diseñar y actualizar los procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo y Diagramas operativos del sector para asegurar la continuidad del negocio.
- Impulsar la mejora continua: Participar activamente en al menos 2 proyectos de mejora dentro del área, aportando ideas y soluciones innovadoras.
- Mapear la operación del área: Documentar procesos clave del departamento, asegurando su claridad y correcta estructuración.
- Participar en al menos un BPS (Business Problem Solving) del site que involucre de manera directa la colaboración con el equipo de (Factory Service Center / Finance Shared Services).
