As our Global Content Operations & Localization Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting pet owners worldwide with our expertise, ensuring our message is delivered with care, accuracy, and local relevance.

Your Mission

As the Global Content Operations & Localization Manager, you are the heartbeat of our global content ecosystem. You ensure that every piece of content, whether on our website or social channels meets Royal Canin’s high standards and resonates with pet owners everywhere. You are the trusted partner for our global and regional teams, guiding them in delivering engaging, compliant, and locally relevant content that inspires and educates.

What are your key responsibilities?

  • Manage the content production pipeline for the Royal Canin website and social content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to secure resources and manage priorities for high-impact projects.
  • Ensure delivery to agreed timelines and budgets, balancing quality, speed, and cost.
  • Own content quality standards for pet health content across Royal Canin website and social, ensuring outputs meet Royal Canin brand guidelines and channel best practices.
  • Lead review and approval workflows, including regulatory/legal checks, to ensure compliant and consistent messaging.
  • Act as the global point of contact for localization: set best practices, enable regions/markets, and partner with the agency and translation service providers on training and day-to-day guidance.
  • Ensure localization quality and consistency across markets while maintaining core brand and health messaging.
  • Maintain Royal Canin website and social assets in the central content repository to support re-use and market access.
  • Represent the role in content production councils to improve ways of working for global production and localization.
  • Own content workflow and localization tools capability: define enhancements with Mars Petcare, drive adoption, and serve as the main support contact for users.
  • Define, track, and report on content production and localization KPIs. Use insights to drive continuous improvement across workflows, resourcing, and toolin

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Veterinary Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, localization or related fields, with a focus on customer acquisition.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in overseeing the content production process from briefing to delivery.
  • Experience working with creative agencies, and managing effective remote relationships. · Experience in working collaboratively with various stakeholders, including global and regional marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and content distribution strategies, including social media, email marketing, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
