Especialista de Marketing Digital deve orquestrar nossas estratégias de performance Digital, desde Mídia até CRM, buscando sinergia com e-commerce e guiando nossos passos para D2C:

Planejamento das campanhas de mídia junto à agência de marketing digital, orquestrando canais como Google Search, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, Mídia Programática, etc;

Planejamento, execução de jornadas de comunicação via e-mail marketing (e demais canais diretos) para consumidores finais e clientes, junto à agência de CRM Marketing;

Acompanhamento dos KPIs de performance em conjunto com os KPIs de conteúdo para alinhamento de estratégias.

Ponto de contato principal com o time regional de Brand & POX para alinhamento de estratégias de comunicação, mídia e report de resultados das campanhas, réguas automatizadas e recrutamento de novos consumidores para base de dados;

Ownership da nossa estratégia de fidelização junto aos tutores e diferentes plataformas digitais envolvidas;

Interface com o time de e-commerce para ideação da nossa estratégia D2C e conexão de Digital com os canais de conversão.

Ownership do nosso budget de mídia, garantindo a nossa estratégia Global Always On em canais digitais.
