Secure the Personnel Safety at the Site

  • Create a culture for the Project that values the safety of Associates, Contractors, Visitors, etc.
  • Oversee the completion of a multi-phase PRP review throughout the Project.
  • Develop and manage a process at the Project Site that systematically evaluates risks and hazards.
  • Implement actions that eliminate and mitigate these hazards. 

Lead the Execution of the Project

  • Ensure that the project objectives for Safety, Security, Q&FS, Scope, Schedule, Budget, and Hand-Over are accomplished.
  • Define a clear RACI to define roles and responsibilities.
  • Establish and manage the maintenance of a dashboard and reporting format to track the objectives.
  • Perform periodic communications to convey the status of the Project.

Ensure Site Communication and Alignment

  • Align the goals of the Project with all stakeholders
  • Communicate Project-related activities to the Site, Contractors, and Partners.
  • Perform communication sessions to convey Project status.
  • Alert and escalate all subject, topic, timeline or budget deviation versus initial plan.
  • Direct the construction of periodic and quarterly report for communication at RC Global.

Manage the Project Team

  • Lead the Project Team in the execution.
  • Assign areas of responsibility and direct Team members to manage the execution within their perimeters.
  • Provide development opportunities for Team members to expand their skills and experiences.

Direct the Final Project Evaluations

  • Conduct the hand-over of the Project’s installations to the Local Supply Team.
  • Complete the PRP Review through up to an including an Operational Acceptance Review.
  • Complete a Post Implementation Review (PIR) of the completed project.
