Join the International Division unit at Royal Canin dedicated to the development of sales worldwide through a network of importers. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring collaboration between local and central teams within the International Division.

You drive your responsibilities and projects with a high degree of autonomy and leadership. You work in close collaboration with central & local teams (hubs, spot, area managers), across department, and with agency partners. Creating trustful relationships with regional & global teams will be a success factor. You have a strong action-oriented mindset, and driving this across peers, leaders, and agencies will be essential.

What are we looking for?

  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in Marketing/ Sales.
  • You hold a degree in Marketing or Sales.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have strong organizational skills.
  • You have a proactive attitude and a results-oriented mindset.
  • You are fluent in both French and English.

What are your key responsibilities?

1. Marketing Execution Excellence for International division:

  • Follow up the Activation plan defined by the Portfolio & Activation (P&A) Manager, supports the role to build the central tools needed for the Hub teams to build the activation.
  • Being responsible for some specific pillar driven projects defined each year based on the International Division Priorities.
  • Collaborate with the P&A Central & Local Managers to share BPS activation examples
  • Define the Premia needs and usage based on the activations planned and coordinate the orders with the Regional Team.
  • Define the Merchandising needs in collaboration with our Hub Teams, propose Merch Items with our central agency and is the guardian of our merchandising excellence execution through recommendation and training our local team.

2. Monitoring & tracking our International Division priorities

  • Monitor the International Division Demand Central budget.
  • Follow up the Local Marketing budget and drive some spendings proposal with the local team based on their Marketing Plans.
  • Develop tools (dashboard/templates) to track our International Division priorities at central & local level.
  • Analyze the International Division Sales performance based on our priorities and focuses.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address gaps.
  • Supports the Central P&A Manager and the Digital Manager to operationalize their strategy at Hub level to ease the execution of the key priorities.

3. International Division Collaboration

  • Is the main point of contact of the Hub Teams regarding Central/Regional/Global tools and assets needed by the Hub or importers.
  • Builds strong relationship with the Hub Team to ensure effective execution locally.
  • In the Central Demand Team, collaborates actively with the Demand Planner, P&A Manager & Digital Manager to ensure 360° execution at local level.
